Exercise Group

Individuals are invited to exercise at their own pace within a structured program. The program includes strengthening exercises for arms and legs and aerobics. Aerobics consists of walking to a video with increments up to 2 miles. It is held Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:00 a.m. in the fellowship hall.
